Netflix love is blind Finale and reunion episodes don’t go down well with some fans, especially after the shock ending to Matt Bolton and Colleen Reed’s love story.

The pair were one of five couples to make it down the aisle on Season 3 of the hit reality show, despite a few moments when Bolton seemed ready to pack his bags and break up with the relationship altogether.

In the end, they both said “yes, I do” and were still together for the recently filmed reunion episode. However, fans are raising questions about whether Reed ended up in a toxic situation, especially after reading her body language at the reunion.

A TikToker pointed out that Bolton spoke for the couple most of the time and that Reed was uncomfortable on the couch next to him.

Bolton and Reed also revealed they are still not living together because of their leases.

“We’re very much in agreement,” Reed finally said, adding that “logistics” and “money” were factors in their not moving in.

But some fans just aren’t buying it as it’s been over a year since their wedding on July 1, 2021.

“Her devious eyes and fake smile was so scary this whole reunion episode,” read a popular tweet.

Reed’s TikTok page was flooded with comments urging her to keep an eye out for Bolton, who had repeatedly attacked her on camera over what appeared to be minor disputes on the show.

“Netflix wrote my rogue origin story,” Reed recently wrote in a TikTok caption.

“No girl you twisted it, MATT is the bad guy,” read one top comment.

“Girl you definitely got a gaslit, Matt is the bad guy, not you,” said another.

“Matt is the real villain and keeps showing ๐Ÿšฉ… the guy doesn’t need a woman he needs a therapist,” wrote a third.

Others emerged in the comments of her latest video to express concerns about her performance at the reunion.

“I’m worried about you… you seemed so scared and nervous at the reunion. I hope you’re safe,” the top comment said.

“Your dread of meeting up makes me so nervous,” wrote another. “Hope you are doing well.”

Bolton has not addressed the backlash, although fans were unfazed by a recent joke he made on Instagram.

“Casually waiting for my first therapy session,” he wrote in the caption of one post.

“It’s not a joke, dude,” says one of the top comments. “You have real problems.”

“Maybe not kidding and actually do it,” wrote another. “Millions of people (saw) your red flags.”

Bolton addressed some of his explosions in a recent interview with People.

“I’m glad we went through these little excitements because it allowed us to learn how to handle certain things,” he said.

“If I could take something back, it would be that […] don’t run away from this stuff,” added Bolton.

“Everything happens for a reason and me and Matt found each other so I don’t wish I would have done anything differently with Matt,” Reed told People in the same interview. “We’ve been very transparent with each other and I’m proud that we’re so open and honest.”

The entire third season of love is blind is now available on Netflix.
