Overwatch 2 has seen a surge of new and returning franchise fans since the shooter officially went live a few days ago.

With new game modes, characters and features, players are having a blast despite the hellishly long queues and abundance of bugs and performance issues.

The title is arguably one of the biggest launches in Blizzard history as there are many expectations attached to it. Because of this, players from other first-person shooter games seem keen to try out the new entry and see how they can carry some of the in-game settings from this shooter to Overwatch 2.

One of the biggest questions community members have had with Blizzard’s new shooter is how to carry over the sensitivity from a game like Apex Legends.

The process isn’t overly complicated and today’s guide will explore how Apex Legends players can transfer their custom sensitivity to Overwatch 2 very easily.

In order to convert Apex Legends Custom Sensitivity to Overwatch 2, players need to do a few things:

  • One of the best ways to convert sensitivity from one shooter to the next is to use third-party services like aiming.pro and gamingsmart. These websites ensure a seamless transition, and Apex Legends players can do so without much effort.
  • After heading to one of the websites, players will need to navigate to the Apex Legends option and then enter the appropriate sensitivity settings they are using for the shooter.
  • In the converter, they can then select the Overwatch 2 options, and the site will automatically change the sensitivity settings from Apex Legends to Blizzard’s latest shooter.
  • Players can then tweak the resulting sensitivity settings to tweak it even more to their liking. Once they are happy with the resulting settings, all they have to do is enter the same details into the shooter’s sensitivity settings.

When it comes to competitive first-person shooter titles like Apex Legends and Overwatch 2, it’s important for players to be comfortable with the peripheral settings and ideally use those they’re familiar with for a significant amount of time.

Luckily, games like Overwatch allow players to switch sensitivity from one shooter to another, and players of titles like Valorant, Fortnite, and Apex Legends can do this seamlessly through third-party sites.

However, it’s important to note that it will indeed be a bit difficult to achieve the same level of familiarity with the controls in Apex Legends’ Overwatch 2. Because the gameplay mechanics are fundamentally different between the two titles, players can get close to the familiar environment they are used to, but it’s pretty much impossible to replicate exactly.

Therefore, even after the sensitivity transfer, the players need a certain amount of time to get used to it before they are optimally accustomed to it.
