Shania Twain and Elle Macpherson stun with a new selfie taken at a concert in Zurich

Shania Twain and Elle Macpherson exude bestie energy.

On Saturday, Twain, 57, shared a selfie on Instagram Stories, where she flashed her pearly whites alongside Macpherson, 58. The duo both showed off their honey-blonde tresses, with Twain sporting a shorter bob cut and green jacket, and Macpherson sporting a long flowing hairstyle and black top.

“Fun at the Eric Clapton gig,” Twain captioned the photo while tagging Macpherson and adding three pink heart emojis.

The Canadian pop star and the Australian model took the snap at English musician Eric Clapton’s concert in Zurich, Switzerland on October 14.

Twain also posted another photo on Instagram Stories of her looking at the stage during the concert, while tagging Clapton’s Instagram account and adding a location tag of the Hallenstadion in north Zurich.

In early October, Twain attended the 18th annual Zurich Film Festival along with her husband Frédéric Thiébaud. Twain walked the red carpet wearing a purple and black paisley satin blazer, which she paired with matching trousers, black leather platform boots, a diamond necklace and light blue sunglasses.

For the event “Man! I feel like a woman!” and the “You’re Still The One” singer had her tresses styled in a longer style with loose waves and tons of volume.

In addition to releasing new music with a fresh single called “Waking Up Dreaming,” the Timmins, Ontario-born country-pop star is revamping her wardrobe and style.

“I enjoy fashion more than I did when I was young,” shared the I’m Gonna Getcha Good artist. “Maybe as I get older, I just stop apologizing about how I look and let fashion do its job.”

But Macpherson doesn’t let Twain have all the fun when it comes to fashion. The model, who is also a businesswoman and actress, stopped by the Dior spring/summer show at Paris Fashion Week in September.

The Aussie beauty wore a black button down shirt for the show and paired it with a long black and white embroidered skirt. To complete the look, she added a pair of black boots with a sheer lace detail, as well as a black and red bag.

During a recent column for Irish magazine StellarMacpherson shared how her definition of beauty has changed over the past six years.

“Beauty was associated with youth, but I had learned that beauty was more closely associated with wellness,” she wrote.

“We have clarified beauty and restored its true nature as soul deep, not just superficial – and embraced the charisma, confidence and attraction that make people attractive regardless of their outward appearance. … Ultimately, I learned that wellness is the new beauty, health is the new wealth, kindness is the new cool, and inner peace is the new success.”
