The forward scored Ottawa’s third goal at 11:55 of the second period. He had two assists in the first third.

The top line for the senators (Stutzle, Brady Tkachuk, Drake Batherson) together six points (three goals, three assists). Anton Forsberg Made 20 saves.

Claude Giroux scored the starting shot for Ottawa at 8:02 in the third period.

Kirby roof scored his first goal with the Canadians, who have lost each of their seven preseason games (0-6-1). Cayden Primeau Made 22 saves.

Batherson scored in the first minute after a Stutzle pass to give the Senators a 1-0 lead.

Tkachuk made it 2-0 at 8:27 when he converted a 2-1 pass from Stutzle. Batherson had an assist.

Kaiden Guhle made it 2-1 at 12:23 when his shot found its way through traffic with a rising tip.

Dach, acquired in a July 7 trade with the Chicago Blackhawks, leveled it 2-2 with a power play goal at 5:13 of the second period and managed a pass from Brendan Gallagher.

Josh Anderson made it 4-3 at 9:16 in the third game when he converted a pass from 2022 NHL Draft No. 1 Jujar Slafkovsky.

Each team wraps up their preseason with a rematch at the JK Irving Center in Bouctouch, New Brunswick for Kraft Hockeyville 2021 on Saturday (6:30 p.m. ET; TVAS).

Panther 3, Lightning 2: Brandon Montor broke a 1-15 power play tie in the third period, and the Florida Panthers defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning 3-2 at FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Fla.

Mountour hit from the point with a one-timer.

Alexander Barkov and Aaron Ekblad each had two assists and Sergei Bobrovsky made 26 saves for Florida.

Andrei Vasilyevsky made 38 saves for Tampa Bay, which has lost all four of its preseason games.

Zac Dalpe gave the Panthers a 1-0 lead at 3:43 of the first half when he ran into the slot for a one-timer after the puck bounced off the end boards.

Alexi Heponiemi made it 2-0 with a rebound at 18:03.

Nicholas Paul cut it to 2-1 at 10:20 of the second period.

Vladislav Namestnikov Tie 2-2 at 4:16 of third from bottom in left circle from a spinning cross ice pass Nikita Kutscherow.

Islanders 5, Devils 2: Noah Dobson, Anthony Beauvillier and Aatu Raty both provided a goal and an assist for the New York Islanders in a 5-2 win over the New Jersey Devils at the UBS Arena in Elmont, New York.

Matthew Barsal and Ross Johnston met for the islanders. Semyon Varlamov Made 25 saves.

Ryan Graves and Graem Clarke scored for the Devils. Mackenzie Blackwood Made 21 saves.

Graves gave New Jersey a 1-0 lead with 8-13 of the first period.

Barzal, who agreed to an eight-year contract against New York on Tuesday, 1-1 at 4:38 p.m., and Dobson was 2-1 at 6:31 p.m.

Clarke leveled it 2-2 with a power play goal at 8:50 of the second period.

Johnston put New York back in the lead at 2:48 p.m. to make it 3-2.

Beauvillier made it 4-2 with 2:18 in the third period and Raty scored 9:23 to make it 5-2.

Blue jackets 7, blues 0: Daniel Tarasov made 24 saves, and Andrew Peek had four assists for the Columbus Blue Jackets in a 7-0 win over the St. Louis Blues at Nationwide Arena in Columbus.

Zach Werensky, Yegor Chinakhov, Jakob Woracek and Justin Danforth Everyone had a goal and an assist for Columbus.

Thomas Gress allowed seven goals on 31 shots in 49:21 for St. Louis. Joel Hofer made two saves in relief.

The Blue Jackets scored three goals in the first period to take a 3-0 lead.

patrick laine shot a loose puck to make it 1-0 at 1:03, Chinakhov scored his fifth goal of the preseason to give a 2-0 lead at 12:03 and Jack Roslovic scored with a man down at 13:56 to make it 3:0.

Werensky shot a pass Johnny Gaudreau for the 4:0 at 5:30 of the second period, and Voracek extended to 5:0 at 12:33.

Cole Sillinger scored in 6-a-side with a late penalty 6-0 in the third period to take the lead to 6-0 before Danforth scored 7-0 at 9-21.

Defender of the Blue Jackets Eric Gudbranson (Lower body) sat outside as a precaution.

The game started 30 minutes late due to travel issues for the Blues.

Wild 4, Blackhawks 1: The Minnesota Wild scored goals 13 seconds apart in a 4-1 win over the Chicago Blackhawks at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Marco Rossi, Mats Zucarello and Sam Stahl Each had a goal and an assist for the wild. Philip Gustavsson Made 25 saves.

JackJohnson scored, and Alex Stlock made 19 saves for the Blackhawks, who were 0-on-6 on the power play.

Rossi gave Minnesota a 1-0 lead at 10:39 of the first period with a one-timer after Zuccarello fed him from behind the net. Frederick Gaudreau then made it 2-0 at 10:52 when he converted a rebound in the rush.

Johnson drew Chicago to 2-1 at 2:19 of the second period when his shot from the left point landed on the right post.

Zuccarello made it 3-1 at 17:01 after taking a pass from him Kirill Kapritsov and entered Stalock alone.

Steel extended the lead to 4-1 at 6:16 of the third period with a tap-in at the left post after starting the sequence with a takeaway in the offensive zone.

Golden Knights 6, Kings 4: Reilly Smith scored two goals and set up the Vegas Golden Knights in a 6-4 win over the Los Angeles Kings at Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City.

Brayden McNabb and Chandler Stephenson each had a goal and an assist, and Jack Acorn and Mark Stein each had two assists for the Golden Knights. Logan Thompson Made 14 saves.

Sean Durzi had a goal and two assists for the kings and Cal Petersen Made 22 saves.

Kevin Fiala gave Los Angeles a 1-0 lead with his second goal of the preseason at 1:52 of the first period Gabriel Vilardi made it 2-0 at 6:09.

Smith cut it 2-1 at 4:36 p.m., and McNabb tied it 2-2 at 5:14 of the second period.

Stephenson gave Vegas a 3-2 lead (17:43).

Trevor Moore cut it down to 4-3 with a power play goal at 2:21 in the third period, but Smith responded to man advantage with his second goal of the game at 8:37 to put it 5-3.

Durzi scored a power play goal to make it 5:4 at 15:51, but Alex Pietrangelo reacted for the Golden Knights at 18:52 to the 6:4 final.
