Celebrities are always good for some awkwardness or controversy.
If you’re like me, you consume a lot of celebrity news where celebs are awkward, controversial, or both.
Well, welcome to a new BuzzFeed series where I fill you in on the number of times celebs have been doing just that every week. Let’s get into that:
1.
Shakira made headlines this week after being accused of tax fraud that could see her jailed for eight years:

Shakira’s team said the singer has “always cooperated and obeyed the law and displayed impeccable behavior as an individual and as a taxpayer.” Full story here.

Then Candace explained on Instagram that they had spoken on the phone and JoJo said it all started with Candace saying no to take a picture with her:
