Minnesota is without a forward Brandon Duhaime, Markus Foligno, Ryan Hartman and Jordan Greenwayeach due to an upper body injury.

Duhaime left the team in the second half of a 4-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday. Coach Dean Evason remained unclear on details of the injury or a recovery timeline.

“I’m not 100 percent, I didn’t even know it happened,” Evason said. “The trainers came to me and said he was looked at and next they came back and said he was out. They’re still looking at when it happened.”

Greenway attended Wednesday’s optional practice but will not play. Evason said Foligno, Hartman and Duhaime will miss at least the next two games, but it’s possible to join the Wild on a three-game road trip beginning Nov. 8 in Los Angeles.

“[Greenway] will surely come and then maybe [any of the other three]’ Evason said. “You have four days (between games) and in those four days we’re going to take those two full days off so it’s going to be a nice time for us to rest.”

The defender underwent surgery on June 3 and is expected to take six months to recover.

“We have our internal schedule,” said Bruins coach Jim Montgomery on Tuesday. “I’m confident it will be before November 24 to be honest but he needs to tick the boxes as we continue to move forward. He is ahead of December 1st [return]but he is just beginning his development.

McAvoy was with the Bruins for their three-game road trip that began Tuesday but did not play.

Alex Stlock suffered a concussion on Wednesday, a day after he was knocked out in the first half of a 3-1 loss to the New York Islanders.

“Today [Stalock is] much better, that’s encouraging,” said Blackhawks coach Luke Richardson. “I think he was really shaken. I didn’t know if his head hit the post or the ice, but I didn’t look too closely. Sometimes there’s a lot of skull stuff with neck injuries, so hopefully it’s something like that and it’s not a big hit to the head. Today it’s a good sign for us that we’re feeling a lot better, so we’re just taking it from day to day and letting the doctors do their assessment.

Stalock went into play 2:56 up after colliding with Islanders Casey Cizikaswas issued a five-minute major penalty Wednesday for goalie interference and game misconduct and fined $5,000.
