Street Fighter 6 adds Ken, Blanka, Dhalsim and E. Honda; October 7-10 Closed Beta Test Set

The closed beta includes cross-play, eight playable characters, and the following modes: Ranked Match, Casual Match, Battle Hub Match, Open Tournament, Extreme Battle, Game Center, and Training Mode.

Capcom also released a new set of trailers showcasing the World Tour, Fighting Ground, and Battle Hub game modes, new real-time commentators Kosuke Hiraiwa and Demon Kakka, and the announcement of the closed beta test.

World Tour and Battle Hub

First up were major updates announced for World Tour and Battle Hub, including:

World Travel – Players can create their own avatars with a variety of customization options to reflect their personal style and flair. E.Honda – E. Honda, a world-traveling sumo wrestler, combines old with new, bringing back his signature moves like Hundred Hand Slap and Sumo Headbutt, as well as his all-new Sumo Dash, where he moves forward with a traditional sumo shuffle.

Extreme battle mode

The all-new Extreme Battle mode enters the fighting ground to offer a new way to spice up fights with unconventional parameters. These fast and frenetic battles are defined by new rules and gimmicks that make each match an experience that everyone can enjoy. Rules define the victory condition for players, while gimmicks add a new level of fun, such as B. a stomping bull that sporadically interrupts a game.
