Coronation Street spoilers to follow.
Coronation Street‘s Sam Blakeman is set to let Hope Stape uncover his big secret that he’s still in touch with his mother’s killer.
In dramatic episodes airing next week, Tyrone Dobbs slaps Nick Tilsey in the face when Nick forbids his son Sam from spending time with Hope.
Sam had comforted Hope after a newspaper ran an article about her dark family history.

After seeing what happened between Tyrone and Nick, Sam tells Hope about the whole incident as they meet in the school corridor.
Meanwhile, Adam tells Fiz and Tyrone they may be able to obtain a restraining order against the journalist who manipulated Hope into giving information about her late serial killer father, John Stape.
Hope later reveals that she knows all about how Tyrone hit Nick before hitting on Sam and claiming that he is not the golden boy he says he is.

Fiz tells Nick that Hope says Sam is still writing letters to Harvey, his mother Natasha’s killer.
Angry that his son lied to him, Nick has a big argument with Sam. Will Sam finally give in for contacting Harvey?
Earlier, actor Alan Halsall spoke about Nick and Tyrone’s big fallout, explaining that Tyrone has trouble expressing his feelings calmly since he only knows how to thrash about.
Halsall said: “Tyrone is not a violent man and he mentions that throughout.
“He’s been on the wrong end of violence too many times his whole life, so it’s a real frustration he’s feeling.
“It’s the lack of knowledge of what to do in these situations that drives him to lash out and he’s frustrated with himself because he doesn’t know the best way to go about it.”
Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV and streams on the ITV Hub.
