As we all know, Britney was in an allegedly “abusive” conservatory run by Britney’s father, Jamie, where she had little to no freedom. The conservatory ended in 2021.
Well, Jayden shared his thoughts on said conservatory. “I think at first [Jamie] just trying to be like every father. I did think maybe the conservatory maybe did going too long,” he said.
“That’s probably why my mother was very angry about the whole situation because she felt like she was working too long. From what I personally think, yes, she was.”
He also said that living at home with his father, Kevin Federline, is his “safe place to process the emotional trauma” they went through.
But Jayden had fewer than positive words to say about Britney’s online presence.
“It’s almost like she Has posting something on Instagram to get attention,” he said. “It’s been like this for years and years and years. There is a high probability that this will never really stop.”
When asked for a message for his mother, Jayden said, “I love you very much. I hope the best for you. Maybe one day we can sit down like this and talk again.”
In a now-deleted clip posted to her Instagram, Britney responded to Jayden’s comments. “Jayden, while you’re undermining my behavior, like my whole family has always done, ‘I hope she’s better, I’ll pray for her,'” she said. “Pray for what? I keep working so I can pay mom’s legal fees and her house? Do you want me to keep getting better so I can keep giving your father 40,000 a month?”
“Or have you decided to be hateful because it’s supposed to be over in two years and you won’t get anything?” she asked.
“I will say it. I sat in that kitchen and I looked you straight in the eye, beautiful boy, and I said, ‘How come I can’t see you anymore – or just see you? more?’ I look forward to seeing you weekly. You said, ‘Mom, oh, it’s going to change.'”
“You and your brother always left me at that house two hours early,” Britney continued. “Preston would be asleep, you’d be playing the piano all the time, and if I didn’t shower you with presents and have great food ready and play a bloody saint, it still wasn’t good enough.”
Britney said she’s never done anything wrong and resents the condescension for treating her like there’s something wrong with her. “Jayden, it was a miracle I could even have a normal conversation when I left this place,” Britney said. “You secretly loved looking at me like there was something wrong with me.”
“I didn’t need family hiding shit in houses and whispering shit behind my back — I felt unconscious guilt because I was paying for everything in both houses. I needed unconditional love and support,” she said. “But guess what – I was [in] the best state I’ve ever been in being able to speak up and say no 100%.”
On a positive note, Jayden said he believes it will take “time and effort to fix their relationship.” Hopefully this reconciliation and repair is in the near future.
